Privacy policy
How we handle the personal information you share with us.
Last updated 8 November 2026.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, suburb and message. We use them only to reply to you and to quote or carry out the work you asked about.
How we keep it
Your enquiry is emailed to Isidone and a copy is kept in a private log on our web server as a backup, so an enquiry is never lost if an email goes astray. We do not store your IP address; a one-way code is used to stop repeated spam. We never sell or share your details, except where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
